Eli Josef, a San Marcos native, first made waves in 2019 with the release of his EP “Grocery Store,” introducing a distinct sound that caught the ears of listeners. The standout track “I Love You Aubrey Plaza” quickly garnered over 1 million streams, solidifying Josef’s online presence. In 2021, Josef elevated his musical repertoire with the release of his debut LP, “Doomsday Disco,” collaborating with notable artists like Ben Katzman and Teenage Priest, showcasing his versatility within the alternative rock genre.

Now, Josef embarks on the final chapter of his musical journey with the release of his self-titled album. This culminating work presents an evolved sound, blending heavy alternative rock with subtle country undertones, drawing inspiration from a diverse array of influences. Themes of transition and personal growth permeate the album, offering listeners a glimpse into Josef’s life journey, from relationships to relocations.

In live performances, Josef aims to create an immersive experience, channeling the essence of Central Texas upbringing and southern traditions.
